Following up on
Prometheus

Right on the border between my inner and outer world
the first beginning manifests itself
My hands seek out undulations that arise naturally
or sometimes in conflict

Drifts
that captivate my eyes endlessly, make my heart glow;
lines that are made without words

When that divine urge to create
creates a new image
then there is more at work than just my hands!

A mythological fire burns,
an emotional longing for beauty
a Promethean assignment to myself
that transports me again and again
